Terms of Service

Youtech Prospector is an internal tool provided by Youtech Agency (“Youtech”) to its employees. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Access is limited to Youtech employees and contractors given an account by Youtech. Do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the tool only for Youtech’s own business-to-business sales and marketing.
• Follow applicable laws on outreach, including CAN-SPAM and telephone-marketing rules, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Only make claims about Youtech’s services and results that are true and that we can support.
• Do not export, copy or share prospect data outside Youtech except as needed for Youtech’s own sales work.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or bypass its limits.

Data and estimates

Scores, ad-spend figures, keyword counts, traffic values and similar numbers are estimates from third-party data providers and may be incomplete or out of date. Check important facts before relying on them in outreach. The tool does not send email; you are responsible for anything you send.

Costs

Some actions (searches, contact lookups, review pulls) use paid third-party credits billed to Youtech. Use them sensibly.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind, and Youtech is not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.
