Youtech Prospector (“Prospector”) is an internal sales tool operated by Youtech Agency (“Youtech”, “we”) for its own employees. It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what information the tool handles.
Who signs in
Only Youtech employees with a youtechagency.com Google account can sign in. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture (the basic “openid, profile, email” scopes). We use them to identify you in the tool, show your name on the prospects you work, and decide whether you are a rep or an admin. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data, and the tool never sends email on your behalf.
What we store about users
- Your name, email, role (rep or admin) and last sign-in time.
- The searches you run, the prospect lists you create, and the status and notes you add to prospects.
Reps can see only their own searches, lists and pipeline. Admins can see everyone’s.
Information about businesses
The tool researches local businesses to help our sales team decide whom to contact. That information comes from public sources and data providers: business listings, ratings, websites, advertising and search-ranking estimates, technology used on public websites, and business contact details such as company emails, and the names, job titles and work emails of owners or managers published on a business’s own website or returned by commercial contact databases. We use it only for Youtech’s own business-to-business outreach and do not sell it. If you are a business owner and want your details removed from our records, contact us at the address below and we will delete them.
Service providers
To run the tool we send limited data to the following providers, each under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Google (sign-in, PageSpeed Insights page-speed checks).
- Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database).
- DataForSEO (maps, search, advertising and AI-answer data).
- Apollo and Hunter (business contact lookups).
- HubSpot (optional; prospects a rep chooses to push to Youtech’s CRM).
Retention and security
Data is kept while it is useful for Youtech’s sales work and while you have an active account. Access requires a Google sign-in on the company domain, connections are encrypted in transit, and secrets are stored as protected environment variables. Admins can deactivate a user at any time.
Your choices
Employees can ask to have their account data deleted when they leave Youtech. Questions or removal requests: wilbur@youtechagency.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
